Description:

• Answers incoming phone calls.

• Maintains open communication with patients and referral sources and staff.

• Responds to patient questions and problems.

• Services walk-in patients and visitors.

• Assists in scheduling appointment for patients based on availability of appropriate staff and calls to confirm appointments.

• Sets up new patient files.

• Verifies eligibility and benefits as needed.

• Clears previous day's patient visits, reviews file for completeness and accuracy.

• Performs other duties as requested.
