Decisive Point Consulting Group, LLC SENIOR PROGRAM ANALYST in Arlington, Virginia

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct analysis of Army and Joint requirements; work closely with Army Staff, Joint Staff and OSD; participate in associated processes.

  • Coordinate and synchronize Army position and efforts.

  • Support activities to ensure adequate resourcing and execution of related activities.

  • Develop recommendations and brief Senior Leaders to inform decisions.

  • Brief Senior Leaders on the status of assigned activities.

  • Establish formal Taskers for Army-wide staffing of related actions; as well as draft responses on behalf of the Division/Directorate in response to external Taskers as needed.

  • Work closely with and maintain understanding of pertinent efforts conducted by solution developers and providers (technology/materiel and non-materiel).

Required Experience:

Candidates should meet the following requirements in order to be considered for this position;

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years’ Army experience with HQDA staff time preferred.

  • Skills required include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products to include but not limited to Word, Excel, Adobe, Power Point and Exchange

  • Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data in order to present clear and precise recommendations.

  • Must be able to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.

  • Maintain the highest professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

  • Ability to interact with Senior Members of the Army Staff, to include the Executive Office of the Headquarters

  • Mission oriented and requires minimal supervision in the fast paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters

  • Detail-oriented with technical, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Clearance – Top Secret/SCI
