Due to growth, we are adding this Supervisor, Claim Adjudication Operations to our Government Programs department. The Supervisor, Claim Adjudication Operations ensures the streamlined operation of the Claim Adjudication Operations team in alignment with customer-focused objectives. This individual will plan, design, coordinate and align resources to support the daily activities of the team. Ensure team efforts delight the customer Provide superior customer service utilizing a high-touch, customer centric approach focused on collaboration and communication Cultivate a positive team atmosphere Develop and sustain a culture of operational excellence that creates value for the customer Organize, plan, and align resources for day-to-day activities based on customer priorities Manage staffing, including recruitment, supervision, performance management, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions Make decisions and remove barriers enabling the team to deliver Cultivate an environment of adherence to procedures and guidelines What our team expects from you? A two or four year degree and/or a minimum of four years of work experience is required. Working knowledge of one or more responsibilities as defined above is strongly preferred. Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred. Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge would be a plus. Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is a plus. Understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures would be a plus.
