Perform general upkeep of buildings or properties. Perform routine maintenance on boilers, ( will train) such as replacing burners or hoses, installing replacement parts, to ensure optimal boiler efficiency. Some groundskeeping services, such as landscaping or snow removal. Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work, turn in receipts Train or manage maintenance personnel or subcontractors. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experienced preferred, some training available, drivers license required, job will be at 6 locations, duties include but not limited to, apartment turnovers, inspect all items in unit, change out lights, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, blinds, faucets, caulking, disposals, hot water heaters, electric heat, boiler knowledge helpful- will train, ( we do call in contractors when necessary) carpet removal / floor prep for installers, light snow removal, light yard upkeep ( not mowing), patching drywall, order parts, supplies, inventory, upkeep of exterior/interior of all buildings.
