Our client, Michigan Medicine, in Ann Arbor is currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to work as Patient Services Assistants and Call Center Representatives! These are long-term temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities that start immediately. Apply today!

Location: Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor – multiple locations around Ann Arbor

Compensation: $17-18 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Scheduling appointments by phone

• Processing prescription requests, verifying insurance, and respionding to referral requests

• Email correspondence with providers and clinic staff

Here’s What You Need To Apply:

• High School diploma, or GED

• At least 1 - 2 years of customer service and clerical experience

• Strong, demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Able to keep up with high-volume environments

• Able to comply Michigan Medicine immunizations (including flu) and lift up to 15lbs.
