Our client, Michigan Medicine, in Ann Arbor is currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to work as a Call Center Representative! This is a long-term opportunity that starts immediately. Apply today!

Location: Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor

Compensation: $18.00 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!

What’s In It For You:

• Day shift hours, Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm

• Develop and refine your existing call center and customer service skills

• Build networking opportunities within Michigan Medicine

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering incoming calls

• Following up with patients/families via email and phone

• Using a triage tool

• Performing scheduling tasks based on triage guidance and sending telephone encounters to clinic staff for all other requests non-scheduling related

Here’s What You Need To Apply:

• High School diploma or GED

• 2 years of customer service experience

• 1 or more years in a clerical or administrative role

• Excellent time management skills and able to meet and adapt to changing deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Able to comply with Michigan Medicine immunization requirements
