Job Description

An Employer is looking for a Telephone Maintenance Technician to sit on base at Joint Base Andrews, MD. This person will be joining the team there to help assist with all phone connections on base. They will be helping survey, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and audit physical connections utilized for telephony systems. They will be working with a ticketing system to ensure all issues are getting resolved and then going onsite to the problem.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with analogue/digital (single/multi line phones), and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phones

-Sec+ certification

-Secret Clearance -DMS experience (The DMS is an old technology that is going away but is still exists at JBA. The previous Iron Bow Helpdesk/Phone Tech had DMS experience and it was much needed and valuable to the customer) null
