Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to join our team. The Shipping Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our medical devices to customers and distribution partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and shipping, excellent communication skills, and a persistentcommitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the shipment of medical devices to customers and distribution partners, both domestically and internationally.

• Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.

• Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve any issues or delays.

• Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of shipping supplies, such as boxes, packing materials, and labels.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information, delivery confirmations, and proof of delivery.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and warehouse staff, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.

• Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Stay up-to-date on shipping regulations, tariffs, and trade compliance requirements, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving shipping-related issues.
