Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming account calls to facilitate orders

• Perform order invoicing and manage credit card transactions

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing product inquiries, shipping concerns, and other related tasks

• Accurate data entry and documentation

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

• No selling involved

• Prior experience in customer service preferred

• AS400 knowledge is beneficial but not required; training will be provided

• Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
