Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair predominantly CNC machines in fabrication facilities.

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on all production equipment, adhering to schedules and addressing emergency maintenance needs promptly.

Ideal Candidate:

• Self-driven and industrious.

• Proficient in various maintenance areas including electricity, plumbing, mechanics, hydraulics, HVAC, and pumps.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Familiarity with CNC machines and 3 Phase systems.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain and repair machinery using Preventative Maintenance work orders and daily checklists.

• Troubleshoot, inspect, and diagnose problems, rectifying them as needed.

• Install new power requirements for machinery and replace broken power receptacles.

• Construct new storage racks for corporate location and branches.

• Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical/electrical practices, with the ability to interpret parts manuals, schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides.

• Understand machine design and operation, assisting with CNC equipment setup and installation of new machinery.

• Document maintenance and repair work performed.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
