HR Manager Washington, D.C. Marketing & Communications Firm

$85k, hybrid work schedule, great benefits, growing company!

My client is a growing marketing & communications firm headquartered in the Washington, D.C. area with a need for a Human Resource Manager. The HR Manager will be a hybrid role and be responsible for daily human resource duties including processing employee payroll in ADP Workforce Now, employee relations, benefits, and strategic initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will report to the COO and must have experience creating a company culture and establishing policies and procedures. Candidates with ADP experience are highly encouraged to apply. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

· Responsible for overseeing all human resource generalist duties including, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and talent acquisition.

· Process employee payroll in ADP Workforce Now

· Coach and advise senior leaders on key people matters including team and individual development

· Oversee employee benefits administration to include open enrollments

· Development of people and culture events

· Review compensation levels and titles annually to ensure the appropriateness

Requirements

Requirements:

BS/BA degree

3 + years experience in human resources

Experience in ADP Workforce Now

Ability to work in-office 2-3 times a week

Stable job history
