Ricoh Americas Corporation Office Services Support in Albany, New York

FT, 40 hrs/wk M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm, 1 hour lunch

Office Services Support

POSITION PROFILE

This position will support client facilities services in a corporate environment. Services provided to client include mailroom and receiving, conference room upkeep, landlord interface, vendor escorts and other support ensuring the space is well maintained. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs conference room maintenance to include wipe downs and furniture resets

  • Performs duties related to mail, shipping and receiving

  • Stationery/office supplies management and distribution (small items)

  • Small move management (cubicle set ups for new hires) No heavy furniture moves

  • Liaise with landlord and customer on building and site issues

  • Document and maintain all data. logs and supporting documents according to management guidelines and maintain detailed files of such.

  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude

  • Perform various departmental duties as requested

Additional Pay Details

Compensation Range: $17.45 - $23.00

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

  • Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.

  • Demonstrate competency in computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite

Support to include 2 sites (251 Fuller St and 257 Fuller St). Sites are .3 mile/7 minute walk.

Onsite support coverage at each site will be based on business demands and requirement. Employee will not be required to support both sites in the same day if inclement weather occurs.

Must be US Citizen and US decent due to customer requirement (Dept of Defense Facility)
