The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing a team of sales professionals covering Connecticut (CT), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Ohio (OH), and Rhode Island (RI). RSMs align with regional leadership to drive strategic objectives and achieve regional revenue targets. RSMs are responsible for developing strategic alliances with health systems, hospitals, and large physician groups by leveraging Hanger Clinic value proposition and commercial strategy. Your Impact Hire, train, and develop regional sales assets to execute sales strategy and deliver support to internal and external customers consistent with Hanger Values Ability to analyze and interpret data to gain understanding of healthcare trends in each market Create strategic plan with regional leadership to identify opportunities and sales resources to achieve budget Identify and cultivate relationships with key health system stakeholders Prepare proposals, presentations, responses to RFPs, etc. to improve contracting efforts with health systems and hospitals. Create hospital contract implementation plans. Create and conduct business reviews with hospitals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are met Drive regional growth through collaboration to deliver the highest level of customer service to our referral partners, patients, and colleagues Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years' experience or equivalent experience.
