Requirements: - Must have an active RN or LPN license in Minnesota. - No experience necessary! Will train the right candidate! Position Summary: - Provide 1:1 care for a young man, who lives in a group home. - Full-time, part-time & PRN hours are available, any shift. Pay: Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00 - $40.25 per hour (DOE) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $25.00 - 31.00 per hour (DOE) Core Responsibilities: - Provides home care nursing in accordance with the physician's plan of care. - Reports significant changes in the client's condition to the family, RN Clinical Manager, & physician. - Obtains physician orders for changing client care needs. - Maintains accurate & current plan of care, physician's orders, and medication profile for the client. - Charts cares thoroughly & accurately during shift. - Provides advice & support to clients & their families. Michael Seifert was born in 1985 with a rare & serious condition that kept him in the hospital for much of his 1st year of life. When he was a year old, Michael's doctors said he would spend the rest of his short life in the ICU... but Karen disagreed. So, Michael came home on life support.
