Robert Half is welcoming applications for a Payroll Administrator role for our dynamic client located in South Jersey. This Payroll Administrator role will encompass all payroll functions, including handling taxes, union reports, and end-of-year filings. You will also be responsible for the monthly bank reconciliation of multiple companies using Quickbooks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all payroll functions, including tax preparation, union reports, and W-2 issuance.

• Conduct end-of-year filings promptly and accurately.

• Handle monthly bank reconciliations for multiple companies using Quickbooks.

• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash receipts.

• Ensure accurate payroll processing, including end-of-year filings and W-2 issuance.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  Requirements

The ideal Payroll Administrator will preferably have a Bachelors degree.

Other requirements for the Payroll Administrator role include and are not limited to:

• 3+ years payroll experience

• Union payroll required

• Experience with payroll taxes

• Must have strong Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks skills

• Excellent time management and communication skills
