The Supervisor works with store manager, assistant manager, and staff to execute store operations. Give guidance and support to store personnel of guest service, inventory , cash control ,loss prevention, safety, expense , and merchandising . Supervises , organizes and  ensures efficient operations of retail production.Supports Goodwill's mission to help people in Greater Detroit to find and keep jobs.
