Job id :BOTTL01183 Description In this role you will: Perform all job functions in strict adherence to company Health and Safety protocols, and in accordance with quality control standards and standard equipment operating procedures. Operate equipment with a commitment to product quality and production efficiency. Perform barrel processing operations including driving forklift, receiving, inspecting, filling, topping, emptying and cleaning, including set-up and operation of all applicable equipment. Perform cellar operations when required including chemical additions, racking, blending, receiving, STARS, centrifuge, filtration and cleaning and sanitizing while following all SMWE safety protocols. Operate bottling line equipment, including maintenance and sanitation. Re-package finished goods. Maintain accurate supply inventories. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned. We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older High School diploma or equivalent required. Available to work overtime and variable shifts on an as needed basis. Forklift experience a plus; must be able to be certified. Strong communication skills. English language fluency (read, write, speak) Ability to accurately complete work instructions individually or in a team. Basic math and recordkeeping skills. Knowledge of basic mechanical maintenance a plus. Previous production experience is strongly desired. Demonstrated trouble shooting skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to product quality. Ability to understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment including gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection. History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
