Supervise the work of administrative and support personnel to ensure adherence to Profarma's quality standards/policies. Resolve customer complaints or answer customer's questions regarding price, distribution, quality, discounts, return policies/procedures on Profarma's products (Central American health, beauty, groceries, household).  Provide employees with guidance in handling problems. Monitor work activities.  Evaluate employees  performance.  In charge of payroll.
