Stay up to date with company objectives, promotional policies, and needs to develop public relations strategies. Create content for company's social media outlets for community manager to review and post. Work in conjunction with community manager to produce or coordinate production of advertisements or promotional campaigns in different types of media. Act as company representative in creating digital material and content, such as promoting company services or products on social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok. Meet with management to discuss and develop marketing campaigns, as well as identify trends, key group interests, or concerns and provide advice on digital content strategies and creation. Coordinate and organize public appearances and company content to increase product or service awareness and attract new clientele. Assist in planning and developing public relations and communication strategies to maintain favorable public or stockholder perceptions of the company's accomplishments and agenda. Handle event coordination activities, including pre-production and post-production, to establish and maintain company brand and image. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of the community and employees. Collaborate with the community manager to respond to requests for information on social media platforms. Develop plans or materials to communicate organizational activities that are beneficial for the community. No travel or language fluency required.
