The Field Recruiter will support the Regional Directors, District Managers in recruitment processes for Field Management positions.

  • Evaluates hiring needs and priorities and implements strategies to fill open and new store management positions in an effective and timely manner.

  • Researches, identifies and recruits appropriate candidates for open field management positions.

  • Compiles lead lists and conducts extensive cold calling.

  • Conducts in person, mall and center recruitment and interviewing.

  • Coordinates interviews with hiring groups including routing schedules and resumes, and gathering interview feedback; negotiate employment offers in partnership with hiring managers and senior management.

  • Provides highest level of recruiting service through frequent written and/or in-person updates, frequent verbal correspondence and regular reports.

  • Ensures required paperwork is completed and accurate, including applications and reference checks.

  • Attend weekly conference calls and meetings with the Zone Vice Presidents, Regional Directors and District Managers.

  • Maintains positive business relationships with field leadership team.

  • Responsible for identifying, recruiting and hiring the best talent to fill Store Management positions

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications or relevant experience and/or training

  • 1+ years’ experience recruiting strongly preferred

  • Store Manager experience strongly preferred

  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications

  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills

  • Ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams

  • Strong, professional and effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging feedback and innovation

  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines

  • Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast- paced and deadline-oriented environment

  • Travel will be required up to 60% and/or 2-3 days per week.
