Volt has an opportunity with Caterpillar for you to become part of their prestigious team of professionals. We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Billing Clerk I . This long term contingent position is in Wamego, KS.
Responsible for inventory and non-inventory invoicing.
Work closely with Accounts Payable group, Purchasing, and Receiving for reconciliation.
Match invoices in received in JD Edwards system.
Review invoices for accuracy.
Distribute invoices accordingly.
General computer skills.
Experience with Microsoft software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Accounts payable experience.
Customer Service experience.
1+ years of experience. (2 years preferred)
Must have the ability to communicate effectively to all areas of related business.
Ability to prioritize workload independently.
Ability to multitask.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
