POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of large, complex and concurrent projects for Services tools deployments
Coordination of internal and external resources to deploy or upgrade Customer Interfaces; manage multiple customer implementations at one time
Deploy Oracle Enterprise Services (ES) globally to countries that are still on legacy systems and provide ongoing support to the countries using Oracle ES
Conduct testing, develop test cases, perform tie-outs, and deliver training; Support the development of training and deployment
Partners with key account teams, visits client sites and trains users; Serves as a consultant to product design teams regarding supportability and usability of products; Develop comprehensive support plan; Expected to interpret routine information and develop appropriate course of action
Works on global projects and solves difficult to complex problems in creative and effective ways; Adapts global tools and techniques to local needs; Accountable for successful design, development, and deployment of global service processes and related infrastructure
Project Management – identify tasks, durations and follow up that tasks completed to ensure customer interface implementations are meeting agreed upon timelines. Proactively escalate where needed.
Work closely with other members of the NCR Smart Services team to design a multi-functional business solution; Work closely with IT Services organization to implement a unified tool and solution
Organization works closely with IT Services organizations to perform global systems integration with ERP systems, other Service related systems, and the Enterprise Data Warehouse
Gather, define and document system/tool business requirements; Define, document, and administer setups/profiles with Oracle applications
Must have experience in delivering services and understand the linkage of Field, Remote Support, and Software Support to the current NCR Services Systems
Applies analysis and independent judgment to both routine and non-routine information
5-8 years of related experience
Strong understanding of current Incident Management processes and systems
Strong analysis and design skills
Self motivation, customer focused
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong team orientation
Working knowledge of Remote Support of customers and some Software Support
Functional and technical skills
Knowledge of Oracle Service structure
