Sovos Compliance Senior Demand Generation Manager in United States

As the Sr Demand Generation Manager, your job is to make sure they know what our solutions can do – and help them choose Sovos to solve one of their biggest business problems. You’ll plan the programs, set the tactics, experiment constantly and create a growth engine to power a very important part of the Sovos business.

What You'll Be Doing:

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and exciting programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team. You will act as a liaison between Marketing, Business Development, Alliances and the Direct Sales teams as a well as act as a central demand function for the North America teams; all while working with the greater Sovos demand function to execute programs.

You will be responsible for managing the development of marketing plans, consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs that include both inbound and outbound strategies and tacts that target our addressable market.

More specifically you will:

  • Develop strategies to drive online traffic and conversions for Sovos' highly inbound Beverage Alcohol line of business

  • Develop and implement demand creation and pipeline acceleration programs that align with overall business goals

  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the programs' impact

  • Proactively engage with the direct sales and business development teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities

  • Develop and implement target account strategies to support account-based marketing and selling efforts

  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global and local programs

  • Communicate with Senior Leadership Team on an ongoing basis to ensure successful follow through of all qualified opportunities as well as identify and research key contacts and titles at targeted accounts

  • Plan, organize, and execute ABM programs that result in substantial new sales opportunities

  • Interface with sales to determine enablement needs and work with Product Marketing to develop tools, programs in a box, training and content

  • Develop thoughtful, targeted programs that capture market share and strengthen Sovos' brand in a fast-changing market

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable education + in a marketing leadership role

  • 5+ years in B2B Marketing for SMB segment

  • 3+ years in a marketing leadership role

  • Proven ability to work with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales; sales experience a plus

  • Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget while aligning tactical plans with team/company strategies

  • Inbound marketing strategy execution experience and a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics

  • A strong curiosity for new marketing trans and best practices

  • Account Based Marketing and Named Account Marketing experience

  • Able to market to a range of B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (white papers, case studies, webcasts) and delivery mechanisms (email, telephone, direct mail)

  • Proven experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo, and Wordpress

  • Digital Marketing platforms for paid search, online advertising and analytics
