Senior Business Analyst Location: Highlands Ranch, CO Duration: 12 months Description: Job Description and Responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cross Border Solutions Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting development and successful delivery of bespoke product solutions for existing cross border remittance clients. This role requires strong understanding of the payments landscape and technologies, and ability to co-design solutions with partners and guide them throughout the integration process. The candidate must possess a unique combination of product expertise, problem-solving ability, comfortable with rapid changes, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail. Manage & maintain the North America Client Direct ecosystem readiness roadmap for Client Direct Remittance clients Develop subject matter expertise on the Client Direct product, including platform expertise, market nuances, pricing economics, etc. Provide technical leadership and solutioning guidance to accelerate issuer readiness to adopt new product platform features Work closely with the business intelligence, data science & data platform teams to perform complex data analytics to help grow Client Direct consumer adoption Collaborate with cross-functional business, product, technology, client services & other teams to drive best in class client solutions & product offerings Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at various levels (including executive leadership). Create presentations for internal approvals and external client facing discussions.
