Position: Regional Occupational Health Sales – Clinic

Location: Portage, IN

Job Summary:

Responsible for generating new business for the department within the defined territory; monitors activity of current clients; develops proposals for services and serves as a liaison to ensure quality service in accordance with service agreements; assists in maintaining company protocols for the AGILITY EMR; assists in resolving customer concerns related to service and billing for designated companies; documents and reports sales activity as requested; works collaboratively with management and other sales staff to assure cohesive approach to business development.

Education/ Experience Requirements:

? Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in related field (healthcare management, business management, and/or marketing)**

  • 2 -3 years of sales experience required
  • Experience working in Occupational Health preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); public speaking, excellent written communication skills required
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with company representatives from administration, safety, HR and laborers
  • Must have good analytical ability to evaluate and interpret data**
  • Local travel required; must be committed to visiting office/clinic sites and attending administrative meetings as necessary;
