As the Demand Generation Manager at Xactly Corporation, you’ll partner with the demand gen team on the development of Xactly’s integrated campaign strategy from inception to execution to analysis. While we’ve already established a strong foundation, we’re looking for you to partner directly with your marketing counterparts to help take campaigns to the next level, along with develop, execute, and assess our account based marketing efforts. You will identify opportunities, campaign gaps, and new vendors or tools that the team uplevel our demand gen efforts. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing integrated campaigns to drive new and cross-sell bookings within the enterprise, work closely with Xactly partner teams on co-marketing opportunities, and more. You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Lead Generation, and across all marketing functions to be successful.
Xactly’s demand generation team comes from all over the country and has experience working across large enterprise and startup-style companies. We bring a myriad of ideas, tactics, and strategies from our backgrounds to drive top of the funnel lead activity and pipeline. We partner across all marketing functions, including lead generation, product, and the sales organization to ensure our go-to-market strategy is supported through the right marketing campaigns and programs to drive top of funnel volume and support company growth. THE SKILL SET:
Minimum 5 years of experience developing and executing marketing programs.
Experience in driving ROI-based marketing programs, including ABM
Results-driven, hands-on marketer with agile, holistic methodology to marketing programs
Working knowledge in Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn, Mura (or comparable CMS), Unbounce and ON24
Proven success in campaign strategy execution, including development and delivery of innovative campaigns and programs that drive demand and increase market presence in as SaaS environment.
Understanding of digital marketing trends, tactics and best practices, both individually and as a component of an integrated marketing plan.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to excel in a startup environment.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
BA/BS in Business or Marketing preferred.

Meet all relevant stakeholders within marketing, sales, lead generation, and product
Understand Xactly marketing tech stack and internal processes for campaign execution
Start execution of ABM plans and setup of key KPIs for measurement
Share key observations for areas of opportunity
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL
Be in full on execution mode for campaign and program goals
Help analyze Q1 campaign performance with recommendations for optimization
Analyze ABM efforts with recommendations for optimization
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL
Develop integrated campaign themes and plans for second half of the year
Begin execution to 2H top of funnel goals
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL
