FormFactor Finance Manager in United States
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close for Singapore, Japan, Korea and Taiwan in accordance with US and Local GAAP.
Review, reconcile, analyze and report accounting and financial information used by management, Auditors and Corporate office.
Ensure finance operations and internal controls are in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance business and system workflow of the department.
Collaborates with other departments to support overall departmental/company’s goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze team’s work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining high level of accuracy.
Coach and mentor team members regarding handling of non-routine reporting transactions or events. Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives and advise on progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
Stay current on recent FASB and IFRS pronouncements.
Interface with the internal and external auditors, tax agents, lawyers and country finance. Provide support to any other duties and projects as assigned, including process and control improvement project.
Degree in Accountancy/ACCA with CPA qualifications.
Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
Strong knowledge of local generally accepted accounting principles in Asia
US GAAP experience.
Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance requirement.
Knowledge with Oracle and/or other ERP systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
