Overall Objective/Purpose:

Manage the total Professional Services P&L of NetSuite across the JAPAC region

Responsibilities of Role:

  • Establishing and executing a strategy for JAPAC NetSuite Consulting services

  • Achievement of NetSuite ARR and consulting attach for the JAPAC region

  • Direct involvement and alignment with the NetSuite license sales organization

  • Direct involvement and alignment with NetSuite GBU and NSGBU Customer Success organization

  • Strong alignment with EMEA NetSuite Consulting for consistent EMEA & JAPAC alignment with NS GBU

  • Accurate forecasting and achievement of all KPIs

  • Execution of performance management processes ensuring the ongoing enhancement of the skills and capabilities of the overall consulting team

  • Development and introduction of new services and propositions in alignment with NetSuite license sales and NS GBU Customer Success

  • Execution of approval processes as per corporate guidelines

  • Hiring, developing and retaining consulting staff in line with the business plans across NetSuite JAPAC Consulting

Qualifications & Skills Requirement:

  • At least a Bachelor degree in IT related field

  • 10 years experience in ERP and 5 years experience SaaS experience, particularly in business or IT consulting domain

  • 10 years experience in managing a large regional function, with P&L and people management responsibility

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client

  • s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Serves in a senior practice management role, managing a large Service Line staff. Plans, organizes, directs and controls the work activities and staff of a Service Line consulting practice. Normally manages and leads through management team consisting of Practice and Technical Managers and Directors. Responsible for operational results of Service Line group, quality of consulting delivery and assuring reference ability for that group.

Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management, providing negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or Business or equivalent preferred. Balance of advanced technical skills, functional knowledge, client consultative skills and operational management experience. Has 4 years of consulting services senior management experience with P & L responsibility and 10-15 years consulting or industry experience. Willing to travel regionally with some national/international travel.
