Workforce Management Analyst

Our prestigious financial client has an immediate opening for a subject matter expert with Aspect, a workforce optimization tool which is the system that maintains both business and employee performance. Seeking candidates who have the expertise and knowledge to "clean up" the hierarchy, auto-run jobs, and improve the overall usage of the tool. Will be expected to lead on how to strategically build the hierarchy, maximize the utilization of the tool's capabilities, but also create a development plan for the employees to ensure efficiencies in the Command Center.

  • develop and execute on a plan to realign hierarchy

  • determine and execute on a plan to optimize usage of the tool, create consistency across organization

  • develop and execute on a coaching plan to ensure all crew in the Command Center improve their usage of the tool

Responsibilities:

Aspect subject matter expert that has knowledge of strategic compentencies to research the tool and support reconfiguration to align to Blueprint.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Facilitation skills, this role entails significant interaction with a variety of internal/external entities

Ability to handle and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization

Outlook, MS Office, Aspect (or other related workforce management applications)

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent and relevant working experience

In-depth knowledge of workforce management (WFM) tools such as IEX Total View, Verent, Genesis

Ability to lead and strategically plan and build new hierarchy

Demonstrate understanding the mechanics of the workforce management system

Familiarity with logistics of the workforce management software and understand contact centers and how to improve the performance of
