Company/Position Overview

In this role you will:

Ensure the health and availability of the Exchange environment within the AF JWICS network. Provide technical expertise, support, sustainment and implementation services for MS Exchange Server. Install, evaluate, and configure Microsoft Exchange products. Troubleshoot, isolate, and integrate Microsoft Exchange products.

Mandatory Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Active Security+ certification

8+ Years' experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and Windows Server Products

8+ Years of experience in troubleshooting, isolating, and integrating software

Must be willing to obtain an ITIL and MCSE certification

Proven ability to coordinate with stakeholders and collaborate with other team members

1-2 Years’ experience with SCOM

Exposure to SCCM, SQL Server, and Internet Information server (IIS)

Excellent verbal/written communication skills
