Complete accountability for up to $50MM P&L, multiple geographically dispersed locations and approximately 200 teammates (our term for employees). Inspire your team of approximately 10-12 direct reports (clinic leaders) to improve clinical outcomes and quality of care for patients.

Address strategic growth initiatives, provide due diligence, and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and brand new facilities.

Lead a growing, socially responsible business that strives to be the role model for American health care.

In a ROD’s Own Words

“As a ROD, you are in essence the general manager of a large health care business responsible for day-to-day clinic operations, new clinic growth, physician and hospital relationships, and everything in between. DaVita’s pursuit of excellence never wavers, so a successful ROD will take ownership of his/her business, drive results through rigorous management processes, and never settle for mediocrity. During this journey, you have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of hundreds of patients and teammates, which is tremendously fulfilling.” – Andrew K., Regional Operations Director
