L3Harris -Aeromet is a Division of Integrated Mission Systems Segment and main office is located in Tulsa, OK. L3Harris-Aeromet is established within the DoD Community as the developer and operator of special mission ISR systems. We provide special mission system design, modification, and operations with emphasis on the development and integration of state-of-the-art EO/IR sensor systems.

Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse. Uses computer system (SAP experience preferred) for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting. Follows shipping practices and procedures, and transportation routing, schedules and requirements. Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment. (un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc. Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications, including quality codes; logs receipt of items on system, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance

  • High School Diploma/ GED with 1+ years of experience

  • Strong communications skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-functional environment

  • Very detail oriented

  • Knowledge of logistics and familiarity with its impact on engineering, production, and planning

  • Ability to selectively apply logistics practices and procedures to improve processes

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 20-30 pounds multiple times per week (with or without accommodation)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodation)

  • Required to constantly lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects

  • Often required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel

  • Frequently required to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl

  • Required to operate a stand up forklift

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • SAP experience

  • Associate-s Degree

  • Logistics and Material Management experience

  • Experience working with Government contracts

  • Forklift experience
