Your Key Responsibilities

Create Product Costing for new chassis mechatronics systems considering materials, processes, labor, overhead, and other relevant factors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather cost data and ensure accuracy in the costing process. Support PPA (Product Profitability Analysis) Creation by providing detailed cost analysis. Analyze production location options and recommend optimal manufacturing locations. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement design for manufacturing recommendations for new and existing products. Assess the regional product footprint to identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement. Propose ideas to enhance cost efficiency through the integration of local and global business operations. Evaluate machine and plant layouts to optimize production efficiency and minimize resource requirements. External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Your Qualifications

Required Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field). 2 years of production engineering or related experience. Solid understanding in industrial manufacturing processes.

Preferred Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve results. Experience of working in a high-paced automotive manufacturing environment Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop data-driven solutions.
