Shift Leaders must be able to perform all Crew position duties, and train and supervise Crew Members. Plan, organize and implement all daily operational routines and activities, monitor and maintain proper staffing level and labor costs, and open and close as needed. Shift Leaders must be at least 18 years of age. Be in possession of or obtain a food handler\'s permit within 30 days of starting. Stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time, work with various cleaning products and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and possess basic math skills.
