At GDS Markets, we enable our users to go to market faster and in a more agile way. We provide a wide range of services to Account teams, Pursuit teams, and Business Development and Global Markets functions, including Growth Markets and Global Industry, Market Segment teams and ASQ leaders. Our diverse teams specialize in coordinating account activities, supporting pursuits and go-to-market projects, and providing operational support to the Markets organization. We are an over 380-strong team, spread across GDS Kochi, Trivandrum, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Manila and Wroclaw centres.

The Opportunity

The Account Coordinator (AC) at EY supports the Client Service Partner, Business Development Executive and the account team to develop and manage relevant activities for a Portfolio of accounts (2-4), and create an integrated, client focused account team. If the account has an Account Manager or Director, the AC will also support these roles. The AC will be expected to provide high quality and insightful business and management support to teams engaging with high profile client accounts of EY. The AC will build global Account connections, drive the EY account management frame-work and develop deep industry knowledge to benefit the account team and the delivery to the ultimate client.

Your key responsibilities

  • Assist account teams through various business development processes & financial analysis reports like Revenue Report, Revenue Planning, Sales & Pipeline Report, New Budget Development etc.

  • Maintain and update global account team databases and contact lists as appropriate. Collate relevant client information from publicly available databases and Communicate to team via newsletters and databases

  • Coordination of efforts across multiple support functions within GTH and GSS (for example;-EYK, Creative services, Pursuits)

  • Taking individual responsibilities for all work and ensure the work is reviewed before the output is sent out as per the deadline

  • Accurately identifying problems, exceptions and ensuring that Region account team has been informed on a timelymanner

  • Work proactively and respond to Region account coordinators, BD leaders, Market Operation Leader & GCSP’s

  • Attend and participate in Weekly/Biweekly calls with the Account teams and share progress and status updates of theaccount

  • Develop and maintain healthy working relationships with the Region team by having an open and honest communication

  • Proactively reaching out to Region team soliciting feedback for the work and taking appropriate action

  • Review the work performed by associates in Region according to the Risk Review Matrix

  • Act as a Knowledge Champion for complex activities and tools and provide the subject matter expertise to the team (e.g.Interaction Tool and Sales & Pipeline report)

  • Provide refresher trainings for sharing updates, knowledge sharing and new hire training to the experienced and newassociates

  • Ensure SOP’s are created by the team for any new process and is updated on timely basis and is being followed up bythe team

  • Conduct and/or participate in Weekly/Biweekly calls with Region teams and ensure quality and timeline is being followed

  • Share best practices across account teams onshore/offshore and proactively look for ongoing process improvements

  • Monitors associate performance to ensure that results are achieved in an effective and efficient way

  • Contribute to the culture of the broader EY GDS Gurgaon team

  • Able to meet tight deadlines and ensure work is of consistently high quality with attention to detail

  • Strong computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel, power point presentation etc.

  • Proactive with team/client

To qualify, you must have

  • Willingness to work on a night shift (US time zone)

  • Willingness to be assigned in McKinley West, Taguig City
