The IT Director is responsible for the day to day management of the information technology and computer systems that support the company. This person will identify and propose technical solutions needed by the company in order to achieve its goals and stay within budget while implementing the plan. This is a direct hire opportunity based out of Superior, WI.
5+ years of experience leading IT staff is required
Project management skills and strong business understanding is required
Experience with any mid-market ERP System, Syteline ERP is preferred
Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must be currently working in a similar position
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
