A well established financial office, in Sugarcreek, Ohio, is looking to add to their team! They have a current opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant.
Hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 PM
Pay ranges from $11.00 - $13.00

Maintain compliance pieces and submission of yearly renewals
Assist with HR duties
Coordinate Seminar events
Maintain social media accounts
Monitor email and voice mail
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Extreme ability to multi task
Excellent written and verbal communication
Attention to detail
Good technology and computer skills
Ability to work as a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in the HR field is preferred
Experience working in an office environment
