Leadership experience in higher education advising and/or student services. Programming in collaborative environments. Understanding of student engagement, success and retention initiatives in higher education. Experience developing strategies for programming and intervention.Leadership and team building. Experience utilizing student development best practices in successful student outreach services. Ability to lead and motivate others. Excellent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database applications, web resource development and organization. Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills, as well as collaborative strategies.*Preferred Qualifications:*Master's DegreeTwo years increasing leadership experience in higher education in student services for at risk student populations, utilizing student development best practices and team based approaches. Programming in collaborative environments, as well as leadership of teams. Understanding of student engagement, retention initiatives in higher education and experience developing effective strategies for programming and intervention.Utilization of student development theory to provide sound leadership for outreach and motivation of at risk populations. Excellent computer skills and interpersonal relation/communication skills. Evidence of collaborative strategies.
