Jones Lang Lasalle Marketing and Events Coordinator in St. Paul, Minnesota

The Marketing and Events Coordinator will serve as a key member of the Union Depot Marketing Team. This role will be a driver for Union Depot's annual signature events and community events as well as lead all digital initiatives including social media, website and general marketing. Job Responsibilities Assist Marketing Manager in overall branding efforts and execution of the marketing plan based upon the property's strategic goals. Contribute to the development and execution of all internal and external communication strategies to drive traffic to the property Manage the planning, coordination and execution of nine annual signature events including Holiday Bake Sale, Train Days, Doggie Depot and more while supporting the overall brand and vision of Union Depot. Assist in evaluating all signature events and provide recommendations for improvements and/or additions. Work with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute all Community Events including weekly yoga, dance nights, food truck events, blood drives, art crawls and more. Manage the planning, coordination and execution of nine annual signature events including Holiday Bake Sale, Train Days, Doggie Depot and more while supporting the overall brand and vision of Union Depot. Create original, high-quality content for all channels including social media, website and email campaigns. Develop and execute strategic plans and promotions to grow followers and increase engagement. Monitor and engage daily with the consumer across all platforms Provide and research digital and social metrics and reporting. Work with third parties to optimize SEM. Follow corporate policies and procedures for all programs and promotions. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Social Media and/or related field. 2-3 years' experience in marketing, event planning, advertising, social media or related field Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to self-manage while managing projects under tight deadlines. Special events coordination experience. Exceptional attention to detail and extremely organized. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office and in ALL social media mediums. Website management and email marketing experience. Flexibility to work varied schedules including occasional weekends and evenings.
