As an Agile Coach, you will design and implement strategies for SAP SuccessFactors teams to continuously improve their use of Agile principles and practices. You will help the agile teams inspect, adapt, deliver and mature.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Lead the organization towards agile adoption and help the company embrace agile as a culture shift
Provide Agile Leadership coaching to Scrum Masters, Technical Product Owners, Engineering managers, and executives
Evaluate individual teams’ agile maturity and accordingly deliver customized hands-on training and mentorship in all aspects of scrum - daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, managing flow, etc.
Design and implement SuccessFactors’ Agile adoption strategy and provide regular progress update to senior leadership
Expose teams towards latest innovative ideas from the Agile community to increase agility, leveraging lean, scrum, kanban, and other agile thinking
Define enterprise-wide agile practices and guidelines
Train the next team of Agile Coaches
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelors degree in Engineering or computer science
Hands-on experience in applying agile methodologies in product development and operations teams
Excellent presentation and training skills
Strong interest in working with people and ideally experience with training and coaching people
Scrum Coach/ Scrum Master/ Product Owner certification is preferred
German and English language skills (written and spoken)
5-10 years experience in technology companies, including 3 years experience as an Agile coach with methods such as XP, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban
