This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.


Responsible for cleaning the feed Mill, feed mill lot, break room and restrooms on a daily basis. You must run the sweeper truck, cross-train and back up for other positions in the feed mill, loader unloader, scale out and load trucks, make feed, mow, weed eat and unload deliveries. Must be able to work in hot, cold, dusty, wet and icy conditions with a high concentration of allergens, dust, feed ingredients, etc. Must be able to stand 8 hours a day, bend, squat, push, pull, sweep, mop and lift up to 50 lbs. Complete all other tasks assigned by management.


Must have a valid driver s license to operate sweeper truck, previous forklift, loader, bobcat, computer skills preferred but not required. Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl to be considered. Only applicants from the following counties will be considered Washington, Benton and Madison in AR and Adair and Delaware Counties in OK.
