Job Description


Responsible for developing and verifying new and existing BOM’s, analyzing and eliminating BOM variances, and ensuring overall SAP inventory accuracy.


Ensure the correct stock of raw material and WIP line side.

Develop daily production plans that ensure on time in full delivery utilizing SAP.

Mixing of critical small batch compounds for use in belting manufacturing.

Updating Bill of Materials to ensure accuracy using PDCA and entering new BOM’s based on customer requirements.

Assist the team in overall inventory control and accuracy and clarify each departments responsibility with measurable KPI’s with daily Gemba reporting and monthly summary of results.

Daily NQC data tracking, SAP input, & reporting.

Daily reporting of cycle count variance & BOM variance with countermeasures and impact analysis.

Necessary data input and other activities as required.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in management, Business,

engineering, supply chain management or related field.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Experience and understanding of MRP/ERP systems.
