The individual in this position is responsible for supporting the engagement and scheduling team to ensure efficient and accurate coordination between ACA personnel and client staffing requests based on business needs. The individual in this position is also responsible for ensuring the balance between client staffing requests and other workload responsibilities continuously supports ACA goals and initiatives.

  • Coordinate with the scheduling and client development team to identify engagement staffing requirements to ensure that all client projects are staffed appropriately

  • Manage ACA personnel workloads to maximize the number of client engagements within the confines of staff availability

  • Monitor the number and complexity of consultant engagements and client relationships assigned to ensure consistency with general firm policies regarding personnel workload

  • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred – major or concentration in business or related major preferred

  • Experience with scheduling in a professional organization preferred

  • Experience within consulting operations a plus

  • Ability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance

  • Demonstrated professional integrity

  • Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
