Mercy LIFE (Living Independently for Elders) is seeking a full-time Senior Program Assistant for the Sharon Hill site.

Mercy LIFE (Living Independently for Elders, a PACE Program) has a need for a Full-time Senior Program Assistant for the Recreation Therapy Department at the Sharon Hill Center.

Under the direction/supervision of the Recreational Therapist creates, implements, leads and adapts activities to ensure that LIFE participant are having positive experiences in group/individual activities. Conducts initial, semi-annual and annual reassessments with participants. Directs Recreation Therapy in the absence of the Recreational Therapy Supervisor.

• Appreciation for the experience of older adults.

Two (2) years experience working in social or recreational programs in long-term care or program setting. One (1) year of experience with a frail or elderly population
