BRAND MANAGER

POSITION DESCRIPTION

POSITION SUMMARY

Own execution of brand tactics. Drive brand to achieve earnings and revenues objectives, support to develop brand strategy, forcast LRF & P&L. Interface with medical, GAMA and other functions as supporter.

Responsibilities

Execution of brand tactitcs Execute brand strategies to market needs, and define priorities for responsible brand Manage agencies for brand promotion need (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project) Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target Develop brand promotional materials and training Develop brand DA, promotional slides, publication if needed and internal traing materials; Train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization Lead to develop brand plan & management & cross-functional leadership Analyze market trend, competitors situation to support developing brand strategy; Explore customer insight and brand value proposition to support developing brand strategy; Track progress towards brand target timely; Support cross-functional brand leadership - across Field Force, Account mgmt, medical, legal, regulatory, etc Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes Develop product life cycle management strategy Working with Marketing manager to develop brand life cycle management strategy

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Flawless execution in marketing activities and manage project independently; Develop brand promotional materials and internal training materials; Develop product life cycle management strategy with cross function team. Actively participate campaign development; BP plan and brand A&P allocation.

Op Plan and influence sales targets; Develop marketing mix & POA with innovation; Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w/medical, regulatory, and training department) Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with medical,communication department Interface with cross-functional team;

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Medical or Medicine, Master degree and MBA preferred Fluent oral & written English 3-5 years marketing with above 18 months BM experience or sales RM experience
