Description

  • Co-create the long term

co-packing and e-commerce logistics strategy for Mondelez with regions and

business units to support the amazing growth in this channel

  • Specifies global co-packing and e-commerce processes and tools, and leads

assessment and improvement agenda to drive world class service, cost and cash

performance

  • Leads the path for the innovation agenda and global initiatives for

co-packing and e-commerce including

the exploration and development of new technologies available in the

marketplace, working in close cooperation with IS partners and BU Log Ops

experts

  • Leads Benchmarking for co-packing and e-commerce across the company.

Develops and maintains the appropriate set of internal benchmarks for key

metrics (customer experience, operational and financial fulfillment KPIs...)

and actively seeks out external benchmark opportunities in order to identify

improvement opportunities and size of prize

  • Together with procurement develops the strategy and segmented approach to

3rd party relationships in co-packing and e-commerce

  • Leads cross-region collaboration networks for co-packing and e-commerce

that provide opportunities for sharing best practices, identifying gold

standard processes and building capability mastery across the company

  • Support BUs in the design of efficient, high-quality and cost-effective

co-packing and e-commerce solutions, including processes and systems,

modelling and simulating complex fulfilment flows to identify key bottlenecks

in the short, medium to long-term and solve for those

  • Create and maintain the Global co-packing and e-commerce Playbook for

logistics to drive best in class business practices across the globe and

drive adoption

  • Support E2E network designs and make/buy decisions

  • Lead the digitalization for co-packing and e-commerce logistics

Qualifications

Bachelor

degree required in operations research, industrial and systems engineering,

supply chain logistics or related discipline. Masters Preferred

Mimimum 5 years of operational, process, systems and industrial engineering

expertise in eCommerce. Expertise designing e-commerce and co-packing

solutions

eCommerce fulfilment center and co-packing experience required

Great operational, engineering and business judgement

Lean Six Sigma black belt certified

Project Management mastery required. Track record of successfully

delivering multi-stakeholder projects that blend people, processes and

technology

Strategic thinking, financial savvy and excellent presentation,

communication, influencing and motivational skills

Superb data/analysis and statistical skills

Desirable mix of operational and center of excellence expertise in

Logistics
