Blue Origin is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rocket Engine Integration/Assembly Manufacturing Engineer II to join our exceptional team. Responsibilities: Drive the integration and assembly of rocket engine components, ensuring flawless execution throughout the manufacturing process. Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures, continuously striving for improvement and optimization. Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements. Analyze and address challenges that may arise during the manufacturing process, implementing necessary measures for improvement. Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing technicians, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in rocket engine integration and assembly manufacturing. Proven track record of successfully implementing manufacturing processes and procedures in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to strictly adhere to quality standards. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine root causes of issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with teams from different departments. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
