As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Inventory Control Coordinator. The role of the Inventory Control Coordinator is to assist the Inventory Control Manager in processing the paper flow from the issuing of the purchase order to the transferring of the final invoice to the accounting department. Work with the I.C.M. to expedite orders when necessary.Functions as computer entry point to include parts creations, receiving, ordering, returns, price and cost updates, adjustments, credits, and other duties as authorized by the I.C.M.Maintains an orderly purchase order hold file, track all purchase orders which have been issued, matching them with the corresponding invoices and receiving slips.Tracks lead times on orders.Works to expedite parts which have been placed on backorder when possible.May be required to lift 50 pounds or more.Operates a terminal console and other related equipment in fulfilling assignment.Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.StateGeorgiaAbout UsMHC is an expansion of the original company, Ozark Kenworth, Inc.
