This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Santa Ana National Disaster Loan Resolution Center, in Santa Ana, CA. This Loan Servicing Assistant performs a variety of procedural and support duties in the servicing of disaster loans including financial statement analysis, communication with lenders and borrowers, delinquent loan resolution, etc.

Qualifications

GS-07: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: experience with disaster loan programs and their collateral requirements; financial analysis of both personal and business documents to make sound credit judgments; analyze economic conditions and trends to enable proper collection and liquidation recommendations. These qualifications must be clearly referenced in your resume.
