Our client works with independent registered investment advisers, multi-family offices, family offices, consultants, and some of the largest broker-dealer teams in the country. They take excess cash balances in their clients’ portfolios and invest it in their own proprietary Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs). This is an individually managed portfolio that can be custom designed for tax efficiency, socially responsible indexing, etc. They're a very savvy shop and are looking to grow their Client Implementation team again! Seeking a Client Implementation Analyst! They are more than just a money manager. Offering focused expertise in the public equity space and providing their clients both the analytical and consulting support to craft equities portfolios specifically for each investor. Our client has emerged as a leader in their field. They are an 80+ employee firm that manages over $25 billion in assets.

Duties and Responsibilities * Support client implementation and the broader Client Experience team in handling all daily activities, new account setups, new intermediary and platform onboardings, and account transitions—including custodian changes, name changes, tax ID changes, account splits/consolidations, etc. * Communicate with custodians, banks, intermediaries, and brokers to resolve issues and respond to various requests in a timely and professional manner, and escalate potential client issues/concerns to manager. * Participate in projects to enhance the client experience, streamline operations, automate processes, and minimize errors. * Act as subject-matter expert on a wide range of client issues and internal processes, as they relate to client implementation processes.

Required Skills/Experience * BA/BS required. * Perform duties with confidence, minimal supervision, and a sense of urgency. * Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an investment management firm. * Background in or understanding of financial markets, including knowledge of current market trends and competitive landscape. ** Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to do what it takes solve complex problems and/or resolve complex client requests.
